Privacy and cookies

Property People is a real estate agency in Caldas da Rainha, Portugal (AMI 14650). This page explains how propertypeople.pt handles personal data and cookies.

The address, telephone and email are the details shown on the contact page and below. Sending a valuation, property enquiry or contact message means you agree to be contacted about that request. That information is not sold and is not shared with third parties for their marketing.

The contact form, the enquiry form on a property page and the valuation form send us your name, email, telephone and message so we can reply. We keep them for that conversation and for the records an estate agency must keep.

This is separate from cookies. You can refuse analytics and advertising cookies and still send an enquiry.

The site stores your language choice on this device so the next page opens in the same language. It also stores your cookie choice. Those two records are needed to run the site and to honour your decision.

If you choose Accept, Google Analytics 4 measures how the site is used and Google Ads measures which advertisements lead to enquiries. Google may then set cookies such as _ga and advertising cookies such as _gcl_au. If you choose Reject, or if analytics and ads are not configured, those cookies are not used.

Before any Google tag loads, advertising and analytics storage are denied: ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization. Accept updates that consent. Reject keeps the denial. The choice is remembered on this device. Accept and Reject are shown with the same prominence. You can change it at any time with Cookie preferences in the footer.
